The RR Tribe is an innovative program to involve students, teachers,  friends, and families. This safe and structured initiative is to connect with the community and create an impact through education for a multitude of causes for the betterment of our society. We hope that we can come together to build awareness of mental health & social stigmas, host fundraisers for organ donation, and help the younger generation with mentorship, guidance & support.

So, if you're searching for a space where your voice matters, where understanding reigns supreme, and where collaboration paves the path towards a brighter future, then the RR Tribe awaits you with open arms.

Join the movement, share your story, and become a part of something bigger than yourself. Together, let's build bridges, not walls, and create a world where everyone feels welcome, respected, and supported.

Raising Awareness

With Presentations

We host Webinars to spread awareness of organ donation through social media, presentations, or other outreach activities. This would help to educate people about organ donation and encourage them to become organ donors.

Fundraising

Through Dance

The RR Tribe is hosting a captivating Kathak performance as a fundraiser, aptly named the 'Dance of Life.' This remarkable event not only showcased the artistry of Kathak but also portrayed Riyana's personal journey through life. From the challenges to the triumphs achieved. This heartfelt dance aimed to resonate with the audience and inspire them to embrace a life filled with joy and purpose. By evoking emotions and fostering a deep appreciation for the beauty of existence, the 'Dance of Life' sought to motivate generous and heartfelt donations from attendees, who were encouraged to contribute with genuine enthusiasm and love.

independent research

Founder Riyana Rampal worked with my mentor Serenity S. Lee, a doctoral student in Management (Organisational Behaviour) at the Wharton School, to compose a research paper in the field of psychology, specifically organisational behaviour. The paper examined rhetoric, stereotypes, and leadership categorization/ prototypes.
